as if i logout from plus account and login my free account the free account work
if you're still having issues and it's looking like it's account based, you need to contact support@openai.com

1 account per user and you can upgrade that 1 account to plus if you choose, else you would be able to max out 2 accounts and that would not be fair

i sent 2 emails and week passed and cant use the account
did you use https://help.openai.com and the live chat bot in the bottom right corner?

their way to access setting so frustrating
as I dont see settings at all
there is no way to reach their support faster ?
i pressed it and tried and it wasnt deleted
oh so that maybe it not deleted yet
but they didnt send any email
and i will be charged for new month before any change happen
I was just hoping that they fix the account instead of all this issues
make sure you contact them on your working account and tell them about the lack of Plus, they won't get right back to you but it will be in the system to be fixed
the problem they dont even offer livechat chat for plus users
not even livechat supported with Ai
