This problem continues. What could I do?
In fact , I can not use normal chat too.
My account is xxxxxxx@gmail.com, which I registered to the api account by mail . Several days ago, After failing to login, I registered a new account with Google. After that , this message continued. What should I do if I want to use chat gpt4 with this account?
I think it is a bug in your account system. If you can not resolve this issue, please release my phone number , so I can register a new account.

you can't have an email/password account and a Google sign in account to access the free ChatGPT, 1 account per customer is that is what has happened.
You will need to contact support@openai.com
