if you look in those images the one requesting conformation is platform.copenai.com not chat.openai.com

the current flow i followed is go to chat.openai.com/chat i hit the button log in and when i put my credentials it shows me "verify your email" every time
i'm sorry but your answer it seems that i don't have not idea what i'm doing and it's super disrespectful.
i can't access to the chat from another browser. is keeping me ask for verify my email. even tho i'm paying the plan and i'm using it in my personal computer. but i want to use it in my work computer.
it seems to me email are getting stuck
i didn't received any email in like 10 min
