On the free account, there's no option to select "My Account," so you can't check your phone number. Anyway, that's not the issue since I tried to create a third account and it blocked me since it said I used that number the maximum number of accounts. To me, that means my real account and my test account have the same phone number which is the correct number.

You can only have 1 account to ChatGPT and more than that will trigger account protections, Plus is an addon to the existing free account and not in addition to it, you should contact support@openai.com and request assistance to remove the other accounts

I've contacted support multiple times without a response. I only did that as a test. I can upgrade on my test account. I don't want that account, I just wanted to see if it was my account that was the problem. So, it's not a phone number issue, cookie issue, or browser issue. The account is flagged for some reason, which I think happened after GPT-4 was released.
