Steps to reproduce:
Copy any text of ~15,000 words in the ChatGPT, after selecting "GPT-4" model (in upgraded account)

Expected output:
It should take 15000 words as prompt input because GPT4 is supposed to have limit of 25000 words

Actual output:
It shows error "The message you submitted was too long, please reload the conversation...."

ChatGPT4 has an 8k token limit approx. 6000 English words

It's capable of handling it, but it's not currently available through ChatGPT. That tier is only available via the API, and for a limited number of users.
