Steps to reproduce:
Ask an explanation about whatever you want

Expected result:
The explanation is full and complete without interruptions

Actual result:
It gaves paratial response and I have to ask contiuosly "have you done?" to get the full response without success

they are super busy, they will get to you but it might take a few days, please give them time to get through the the emails

Same! Got on this Discord to report the same issue and glad we are raising it here. Reported to the help bot, but they say they are overloaded. This is a critical failure of the service so I would expect it to be on the top of their list. Is there anyone actually from OpenAI here to respond?

the helpers here are all volunteers, OpenAI do visit the server and read posts, the only thing I can tell you is that there are simply so many people that the infrastructure cannot be expanded fast enough
