#Unrequested refund / Can’t manage subscription

I have had a very strange situation happening.
I subscribed to GPT Plus on 20.03. and got to use it normally.
Yesterday I got a refund on my credit card (50€-cent less than I payed) without requesting a refund.
Now I still have access to GPT Plus but when I go to manage Account there is no information. No information about me, no payment data and no history.
I am able to use the service now although I got a refund (which I didn’t request) and I can’t cancel my membership.
This situation is really messed up and I don’t trust this company anymore.
Did somebody experience something like this?

Im having similar issues. I can't manage my subscription. When I click on manage subscription/account I land on the stripe page but it shows no payment or billing data and no way to cancel.

This has been reported by quite a few people, but so far I haven't found any official response to it. Very likely it is in response to the issue found on the 20th (the Redis bug).

This is unacceptable. On the one hand I feel like stealing, because i got the refund and still have the GPT Plus. On the other hand i don't know if the next month will be billed, I don't have the possibility to cancel and can't see any information.

Yea not the best way to handle this on their part. From their blog post: "We have reached out to notify affected users that their payment information may have been exposed. We are confident that there is no ongoing risk to users’ data." Of the reports I've seen about this unrequested refund, no one has mentioned being notified in any other way - odd.

I got the same. Subscribed on march 20. Got a refund this weekend. All data in where you can manage your account and subscription is empty. Cant cancel the subscription
