is it okay to use the chatgpt logo in a production app(used gpt API and show it like Powered by <<GPT LOGO>>)? Do I have to get consent from open ai marketing or a relevant party

It should be fine if you say "powered by", but not fine if you only display the logo, but get proper legal advice on that
