Account management error + 2 charges in 4 days | OpenAI | Page 1

I created my account on the 20th of March, and I got charged 23.55€.
On the 24th of March I'm charged 22.59€ more.
I try to go into My Account-> manage my subscription and the error message in the image appears and no information is shown about my subscription.
I have searched for information in help, community, and the discord, not only not finding any, but also not finding any way to contact anyone about anything.

What should be the next steps?

No answer. I'm writing support too. If I don't receive answer in a couple of days max I'll issue a chargeback.

Nothing on them 😦 So either they haven't been sent, or google deletes them from their server instead of placing them in spam.
