I am trying to get my API key to work on OpenCharacters, however I get an error message: "You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details."
I can use ChatGPT on the web on the OpenAI site completely normally, however this has also been an issue whenever I have tried to use Playground. I get a similar message about exceeding a quota. What can I do to fix this?
