2 Subscriptions are better than 1?

Hi there. During the outage on the 17th, I was prompted that I had to repurchase chatgpt Plus. When services resumed, I ended up with 2 active subscriptions 😦

Happening something similar here.
I purchased couple days ago, and when i go to settings, it says i'm on a free trial and need to upgrade again, no billing or card infos registered.
The gpt-4 is available for me, but i'm really confused that there's no register of the purchase..
Also curious if on that "free trial" the features get limited.

Tried that and the online chat. Never got a response. Ended up having the credit card company chargeback and reported fraud.
