This one specific chat does not load when I click on it and also when I hover over it I cant delete it I don't know how to remove it from my chat list.

same, got one as well, altho the chat history is not back yet, but if I manually access to that chat, it shows the same error message

what I believe is there are 2 different things happening on the 20th.
- the chat history lost and they are recovering it
2)chat history bug, that users can't see the history sidebar
and those chats are probably under recovering, and that's why it's not accessible yet. Because I did see some other users had a green system message saying their chat is now restored. Altho they still can't see the chat history side bar

yes, I am saying the same, chat history (side bar) is one thing, and conversation history itself is another, especially the chat happened on 20th, they will revert the chat back to 20th and will need to restore those specific chats that still shows this error message.
that's only what I think tho
for me, eventho I can't see my chat history side bar, I can still manually type the chat code in the URL, and most of them will let me into the conversation. However with the one specific conversation I had edited on the 20th, it's showing the exactly same error message you are having now (other than the chat code ofc) and it won't let me into that conversation
