Same problem for me.
I got billed twice in 30 hours
So there's several of us.
please contact refunds@openai.com
They haven't replied to me in 3 days.
please check your spam folders and if you find nothing contact the again, they are very busy
Oh I got it just an hour ago and landed in spam. All good now. Thanks @inner knoll for helping with the email 🙂
I also subscribed March 20th. I got a refund this weekend which i didn’t request. Still got access to plus. The page to manage subscriptions is empty. Cant cancel either :/
If you're management page is empty then I imagine your renewals are also off, you can enquire at support@openai.com , however the waiting times to get answered are long at the moment
