Happened to me as well just now, i'm pissed this is not okay
I'd try and get in touch with support but there's no way to...they just force you to speak with a bot
I got charged on 20th and now again on 25th. Same problem with subscription page.
Yeah I opened two or three tickets
Yeah got charged today again for the second time as well
will call my bank tomorrow to somehow cancel this from their end, no idea what to do
The tickets are one sided convo on their help chat
I called my bank just now and got my card hotlisted. Its 3 Am here
I just did a temp block on my card as well
They better fix it soon or it is plain bad PR

and then this morning saw the email about info being compromised

yeah. when i went to sign up i saw someone else's billing info , last 4 of their card...and it freaked me out i thought someone had hacked into my account somehow. idk. i know litle about these things.
i refreshed and it reverted back to my own

do we know if anyone from the app actually sees the discord ? i used an apple card to pay so i will dispute a duplicate charge if it happens, or have to call them instead of my bank...

i wonder if contacting the BBB would be useful. ive had good results from them when a merchant has ...done questionable things.

they fixed some critical vulnerability today that allowed other people to see our billing info, this is better and better
just thankful i have a secondary card which i used for this, and can block it without much impact on my daily life
I filed the BBB complaint, if y’all are in the US I would suggest doing so too (or similar org within your country)
And hopefully it’s something that can get resolved soon =\
i will dispute the charges in the morning with my bank, for now my card is blocked, they might charge us again for all i know

just an update to everyone here who still is interested, i ended up getting a refund for the subscription ip urchased on 3/20 after emailing refunds@stray imp which is not what my issue was about. my issue was about making sure that i don't get charged again, or making it so that i can cancel my subscription so i dont get charged in april, since the site says i have an active paid subscription but also doesn't let me cancel it.
i contacted the BBB and they have an open/active case going on with them, probably wont be resolved very quickly.

ok I do not have a subscription, just a free account but i got charged 4 times last night/this morning!
please contact refunds@openai.com and also contact your Bank / CC issuer to advise them of this
