I was charged for a subscription to Chat GPT plus but when i go to 'manage subscription', it tells me i have a paid subscription, but then in the stripe pop up i am told i dont have any billing info and there's nothing to cancel. i signed up on 3/20 when they were having a shut down, can someone look into this?

I'd try and get in touch with support but there's no way to...they just force you to speak with a bot

I got charged on 20th and now again on 25th. Same problem with subscription page.

yeah. when i went to sign up i saw someone else's billing info , last 4 of their card...and it freaked me out i thought someone had hacked into my account somehow. idk. i know litle about these things.

i wonder if contacting the BBB would be useful. ive had good results from them when a merchant has ...done questionable things.

i just replied to one thread

they fixed some critical vulnerability today that allowed other people to see our billing info, this is better and better

just thankful i have a secondary card which i used for this, and can block it without much impact on my daily life

I filed the BBB complaint, if y’all are in the US I would suggest doing so too (or similar org within your country)

I found the origin of my problem !

I lead 2 different company. And for some reason I changed the name of the organization. Witch leads me to all this mess !I just changed it back and it's working fine !

just an update to everyone here who still is interested, i ended up getting a refund for the subscription ip urchased on 3/20 after emailing refunds@stray imp which is not what my issue was about. my issue was about making sure that i don't get charged again, or making it so that i can cancel my subscription so i dont get charged in april, since the site says i have an active paid subscription but also doesn't let me cancel it.

i contacted the BBB and they have an open/active case going on with them, probably wont be resolved very quickly.
