#ChatGPT not working since paying for Premium on 3/20

I've seen a bunch of other people with the same issue, so not sure if worth posting. In short, I paid (and was charged) for Premium, and have not been able to use ChatGPT since. Tried deleting cookies, with/without VPN, different browser, computer, mobile, etc.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. log in to ChatGPT
  2. purchase Premium on main @gmail account
  3. type prompt
  4. attempt to submit with airplane

Expected result:

  1. log in to ChatGPT
  2. pay for Premium
  3. have options to choose ChatGPT 3.5 or 4
  4. submit prompt with airplane
  5. receive output

Actual result:

  1. log in to ChatGPT
  2. purchase and charged (according to bank statement) for Premium - this was after multiple failed attempts ("encountered error" popup), but was finally successful on ios
  3. do not see option to choose between chatGPT 3.5 or 4; appears to still be basic account
  4. type prompt
  5. airplane not clickable since 3/20
  6. created second basic account and could submit prompts for about 1 hour, then that stopped working since 3/22
  7. user support unresponsive; I've sent daily emails since 3/20

Radio silence on support here, too. I understand they're busy, but when you're charging $20 monthly for a service... I'm a little less sympathetic. I'll probably give them another week before I contact my CC company.

I paid for it yesterday, and it worked, meaning I was able to select GPT-4 as an option (with cap of 25 every 3 hours). But I purchased Chat GPT Plus hoping for a larger limit of messages per hour on GPT 3.5, but the limit seems to be the same as the free version? I don't need MUCH more limit increase, just a little bit, but that's not possible?

I have had the same problem for several days! So annoying, I was just getting used to using GPT4 every day as my assistant :/
