I've seen a bunch of other people with the same issue, so not sure if worth posting. In short, I paid (and was charged) for Premium, and have not been able to use ChatGPT since. Tried deleting cookies, with/without VPN, different browser, computer, mobile, etc.
Steps to reproduce:
- log in to ChatGPT
- purchase Premium on main @gmail account
- type prompt
- attempt to submit with airplane
Expected result:
- log in to ChatGPT
- pay for Premium
- have options to choose ChatGPT 3.5 or 4
- submit prompt with airplane
- receive output
Actual result:
- log in to ChatGPT
- purchase and charged (according to bank statement) for Premium - this was after multiple failed attempts ("encountered error" popup), but was finally successful on ios
- do not see option to choose between chatGPT 3.5 or 4; appears to still be basic account
- type prompt
- airplane not clickable since 3/20
- created second basic account and could submit prompts for about 1 hour, then that stopped working since 3/22
- user support unresponsive; I've sent daily emails since 3/20
