Same here. Continually get 500 Error and the unable to load history bug for my Plus account, however my friend's non-plus account doesn't suffer from this bug on the same device.

Perhaps both your accounts are registered with gmail addresses? It's mentioned in the link above that the bug could be a bug specific for gmail users

that is correct, as the Microsoft account is a completely different account. But, the new account is able to send messages to Chat-GPT, which is something both the Gmail and iCloud accounts were not able to do.

do you have any extensions installed in your chrome? if so try disabling/removing them one at a time, that should pinpoint the one causing it, so far, I know of two extensions, one is PDF helper and the other is a web defender

in which case I think there may be a damaged file in your chrome install, up to you, but I would uninstall chrome and reinstall, assuming you have backed up your passoword file
