Chats disabled after deleting a different account with the same cell phone number

1. I upgraded to ChatGPT Plus with one google account.
2. I requested a deletion of my other google account in order to just have one account
3. The account I upgraded to Plus does not load chat page, instead loads an error page:

4. The account I tried to delete loads the chat page, however the airplane icon is unclickable, there is no chat history and my console logs the following error:

Oh that was… unclear to say the least! I tried to delete one google login, not the other. I wish there was a way to unlock my cell number at least so I can resign up

BTW there is no way to cancel my pro subscription now, I seemingly will keep getting charged 🤦‍♂️
