Im fairly new at this, so I don´t know if this is normal. Bought the $20 USD subscription a couple a days ago. I got charged, notified and manage to use my ChatGPT pro with no problem. How ever, my openai account still says its a "Free account", and there is nothing in the billing information. Is this normal?
I apologize if this is not very clear to me. Searched the docu and found nothing about it.

if you wish to have a refund contact refunds@openai.com if you wish to try and resolve the issue contact support@openai.com
I have the same issue. But the basic version doesn't work for me either.
