Can't create new organization after leaving old organization (account settings) | OpenAI | Page 1

I was a part of an organization set up by a former employee who invited me back in 2021. I want to set up a new organization to arrange for subscriptions and user management for my team, so using my existing account I clicked on "leave organization" in the account settings. I was hoping I'll be able to create a new organization but I can't do anything in my user settings now, it seems I encountered a bug. Kindly ask for assistance so I can proceed with subscriptions.

Now I also can't reach my existing ChatGPT account and it's history. Please help!

Didn't get a reply over email, is anyone even monitoring this discord channel or is it community driven. I've obviously stumbled into a bug.
