Awaiting Hard Usage Limit Increase - No Response

I have submitted a request to have our hard limit increased, but am yet to receive a response or see any change in our account. We are now on the verge (within $5) of having requests outright rejected. I'm really not sure what to do. There's no method of contacting OpenAI in a timely manner, or chasing the submitted request. Any help or tips?!
