#Bad email on subscription

I subscribed a couple of days ago to the ChatGPT Plus solution but it appears that I didn't send the good email in my registration.
In fact I didn't receive any confirmation mails and the subscription amount was debited from my bank account.
What can I do?
nothing appeared in my billing menu...
