Steps to reproduce:
- Login
- Go to ChatGPT
- Try to upgrade to plus
Expected result:
Purchase Page
Actual result:
Error: "The payments page encountered an error. Please try again. If the problem continues, please email support@openai.com."
Additional information
Browser: Chrome
OS: OSXI verified my phone number with an iCloud hide-my-email address and think that may be the issue as all of my colleagues get presented with the payment option instantly (within the same organization).
I cannot create a new work account with my work provided VOIP phone number to purchase Plus either ๐ฆ
Cleared cookies and have the same result after logging in.
Any help would be appreciated!
