#OpenAI is charging my credit card, but it is not giving me Plus access

Bug Report:

steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to OpenAI account using Google Sign in.
  2. Pay for Plus
  3. Go to account and find that Plus is not active and there is no record of it on my account, but I have been charged on my credit card

Expected result:

I would have access to Plus

Actual Result:

I do no have plus

Additional information:

Browers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox
OS: Windows

I have been trying to contact OpenAI for the last two months about this issue and I cannot get any help with that. I have used the chat box, and sent tweets, and now I am on discord.
