Like many other people, i paid for ChatGPT plus subscription and account is not working. I paid for an other person.
But the main problem is because i paid for someone else, i can't unsubscribe.. So we will pay every month if not resolved (we could make an opposition of the credit card but it is difficult for everyone i think)

I emailed the official account ( [e-mail])and received a response asking me to log in and cancel the subscription. However, I can't even log in..........

you can always contact support again to explain that you are unable to login to turn it off an ask them to make sure it is turned off, it may already be automatically, off, but I am not 100% sure
