I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with my ChatGPT Plus membership. I had recently paid for the ChatGPT Plus service, but was unable to activate my account for the membership. Despite receiving an invoice for the service, I was still prompted to subscribe to the ChatGPT Plus service when I logged in to the ChatGPT service.

In an attempt to manage my account, I followed the upgrade suggestion and was charged again, leading to an activation of my account. However, upon accessing my ChatGPT Plus account management, I discovered that I had been charged twice for the same service in the same month, resulting in an overcharge fee.

I believe that the ChatGPT service should have a validation process to prevent payments from being processed when there is already a payment record for the same period. Additionally, users should be directed to the appropriate channels for help when encountering issues.

As a result, I would appreciate it if you could refund the overcharge fee for the ChatGPT Plus service in the same month. Please advise me on how to proceed with the refund process.
