I purchased GPT Plus 20 at 16:42 GMT+1, but I have not received a receipt via email, and I haven't received the Plus upgrade either. The most concerning issue is that I have not received any response from customer support. It seems that many other people are also experiencing the same problem, and it appears that there is a significant bug in the payment system. On a few occasions, I even saw someone else's email address on the payment page. I'm wondering why payments are still being processed despite the existence of such a major issue.

hi guys, I have the same issue. i have paid for gpt+, but i havent gotten access to it, thus i thought payment failed, i tried again and same issue. I checked my bank, and saw that the transaction has happened twice. now i still cant access the plus feature. i raised a ticket with support, but its just a bot and no answer. it sends me to discord. do u guys know how to solve this since u have the same issue?

It did send me the email that my subscription to ChatGPT Plus was successful, but still can not find GPT-4 option, and the "upgrade to plus" button remained there. My account is freakingjiang@gmail.com

Same issue here too. My account renewed a couple of days ago. And I lost my Plus. Then I paid again, still the same thing. It says I'm subscribed but I've got no Plus stuff showing.

Yeah I just contacted my credit card company for the charge back. I think it's solid advice that we all do this since absolutely no one from OpenAI is even acknowledging the issue. At least acknowledge what's going on and provide us with an ETA
