I purchased GPT Plus 20 at 16:42 GMT+1, but I have not received a receipt via email, and I haven't received the Plus upgrade either. The most concerning issue is that I have not received any response from customer support. It seems that many other people are also experiencing the same problem, and it appears that there is a significant bug in the payment system. On a few occasions, I even saw someone else's email address on the payment page. I'm wondering why payments are still being processed despite the existence of such a major issue.
