I paid for the premium version of ChatGPT, ChatGPT plus at $23.99, and I don’t have access to it during peak hours. I find it a bit abused and would like to have access to the site in all circumstances knowing that I have a Premium account.

I put my email to receive a login link and I am not receiving any link.

When the platform's experiencing issues, there are issues for everybody, including plus users, having plus doesn't mean that you are able to access ChatGPT even when ChatGPT servers are having issues
