I purchased PLUS March 17th, used it multiple times, and today when I log in I only have the FREE TRIAL version.

Can someone assist? Or is this a common error in openAI right now?

I have the same issue and I am unable to log in because it says at capacity. I am going to file a dispute on my credit card if this is not fixed immediately.
