Paid for a random user's plus upgrade! Bank account is charged.

Just like few other people here, I tried to upgrade my account to plus. Entered all my personal details and paid for it. I have realized only after the payment was successful that the payment page was linked to another random user's session and I have paid for their upgrade due to this massive bug.

Can't even cancel because my account doesn't have plus due to the error. There is no support to contact. My bank account has been charged and that's the only proof I have.

Hello, i have same problem.

Yesterday 03/20/2023 at 16:50 I paid for a subscription plus being logged into my own account. But for some reason, the subscription did not take shape, and if you go to look at the history of payments or transactions, then there is no information that the payment was made, moreover, the money was withdrawn. I didn't receive any confirmation email.

I have payment information from my card, and I can provide all the necessary data about this transaction.

Please, help me.
