Same thing happened to me just now. Payment page is linked to some other user's email. You just paid for a random stranger's plus account like I did.

I have been charged but don't have access to plus on my account. Don't even have the invoice on my email, it was probably sent to that user's

Same thing happened to me. I had access today in the morning, but now, if I sign in, I am not plus anymore.

Same, when I get into chatgpt, and go to account, it shows my email and paid past 2 months, but when I log into members area, with the same email, it says I'm on a free acounnt. The chat help bot has not responded.
