Support nowhere to be seen. Been trying to reach them for almost a week now relating the card I used to get plus cannot even be used to upgrade my regular openai account

personally , im not to much worried , since it did work for me for a couple of weeks , though at the same time , such errors shouldnt happen for plus users from a billion dollar company
