seems like I'm having the same issue. I signed up earlier today and made payment for ChatGPT Plus. Payment withdrawn, but the UX is still prompting me to "Upgrade to Plus". There is no "My Account" that shows my current billing/account/etc status.
Glad I'm not the only one - guessing/hoping a fix will be dropped in the next day or so
