Is there any way to get the token count from the moderation endpoint, it is shown in the usage area of my account but not included in the reply of the moderation endpoint.
I need a token count and there is only a python library but no way for nodejs

You can tokenize the input that you're sending to the moderations endpoint using a local tokenizer
but the moderations api is not paid so you won't be charged for it regardless
