#Every time i try to enter ChatGPT, it bugs.

Everytime i enter ChatGPT (been a week now and i'm tired of this bug), the old conversation won't load up at all... That's not the only frustrating thing, also everytime i try to press the send button, it literally does nothing, doesn't work. I could press enter but all that do is jump to a next paragraph. Also, if i even press the button to subscribe to GPT plus, it sends out an error that says : The payments page encountered an error. Please try again. If the problem continues, please email support@openai.com. Also i tried emailing support, they don't answer.

I can't use ChatGPT now at all, it's literal useless garbage at the moment. I won't even bother try to buy GPT Plus if it does that basically most of the time.

This bug is happening all the time, either way to access to it, it still happens.
Could show the step for this bug to happen but i don't even know the steps. It is just here, waiting to be debugged or smtg.

Expected result:
Conversation history will load and chatgpt will provide an answer to the prompt

Actual result:
Conversation history does not load. Pressing enter results in a line break. Breaking the send button result in nothing happening. If waiting for a period of time and trying again, the message will send but it will respond with the error: Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.

The only solution I found to work is to actually log in to a different account, magically it starts working and the plus subscription doesn't respond with an error message as well.
