Attempt to click and drag scroll bar when at bottom of page.
Expected result:
Being able to interact with the scroll bar
Actual result:
Nothing, unable to select scroll bar when it's behind the gradient at bottom of page.

Apologies if this is not the right place to report, I couldn't find a feedback option for the website.
I noticed that when a chat on chat.openai.com is long enough to display a scroll bar, that scroll bar cannot be selected when it's near the bottom of the page. There is a gradient at the bottom and until the page is scrolled above that gradient, I am not able to click and drag it.
Until the scroll bar is above the highlighted line, I am unable to interact with it.
I can use the scroll wheel of my mouse, arrow keys, or PgUp/PgDn to scroll, but sometimes I want the finer control of moving the bar manually with a mouse.
