I have the same issue as described here by many of you. I also did try to clear cache, all history, obviously logged out/in. Done the same with different browsers... same behaviour. I only succeeded by creating logging in with a different user.... Then it works as it should!!! So... what's the secret for this happening? I have a possible suggestion: After the upgrade for ChatGPT4, by some reason (because it still work for the most) "our" history is incompatible with the new structure... and this makes it unable to load. Whatever cache clearing or entering with other browser the behaviour will be the same. So there is only two possibilities (to keep the same user) 1-OpenAI corrects the history structure... OR 2-We have the possibility to delete our history from ChatGPT so that it creates a new history structure. Otherwise only saying bye bye to our user and using a new one. I really hope this gets solved soon 🙂 !! I love this "tool" and was even considering to upgrade but it seems the issue is the same for the one who pay too 😒

Anyone has any update on this issue? I can't assess ChatGPT since yesterday but my API access still works. Tried email support yet no response so far.

...now is possible to write a question and press submit (this wasn't possible before) which note that something is happening. Hopefully soon!
Meanwhile use a different account! Hey, this service "started" less than 6 months ago and the results are TREMENDOUS!! Thats why we all are willing to have it 🙂 I'm using a different account and once in a while test my main account...

I still am experiencing the same "Unable to load history" problem here as of today. So, I created a new account and the problem is fixed. Problem solved for me!
I still haven't heard back to my support email from OpanAI. I don't like creating a second account like this, but I feel like I didn't have a choice.
