I subscribed to ChatGPT Plus on March 15th and made a payment with my credit card. However, when I logged in on March 16th, I noticed that my account had reverted to a regular one. As a result, I subscribed again on March 16th and later found out that I had two subscriptions in my OpenAI account information. I then canceled the March 16th subscription, but my money hasn't been refunded yet.
