1.) when trying to use, I keep getting the following error: Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.

**Steps to reproduce:**
> 1.  Type in anything, including the word test

**Expected result:**
> a chatgpt response

**Actual result:**
> Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.

**Additional information**
> Browser: chrome, safari, Brave (have tried them all)
> OS: OSX,IOS (have tried multiple devices

> created an account with different email address and that one is working, so wondering if there is a bug with my original account

Yeah, it started yesterday for me and only way around it was to create a new account for now
