Not receiving ChatGPT Plus sign in link when requesting one. | OpenAI | Page 1

I am a ChatGPT Plus subscriber and created my account/log in via the “sign in with google” option. When entering my email to request a personalised sign on link I never receive an email - is my google email not linked to my OpenAI account?

Steps to reproduce
Be a google sign on user and request personal sign in link during busy time

Expected result
"A link in my inbox

Actual result
Nothing
