I tried paying for ChatGPT plus with 3 different credit cards. All 3 cards have been declined. My banks asked me to contact OPEN AI. Please help.

And this is happening across India as far as I have heard from other folks here.

I have only one payment method. Cards. No PayPal or anything. It is declining valid cards cleared by banks. Ugh.
