I'm unable to log in to OpenAI. I get the following error message when trying to log in: You tried signing in as "mirco@mirco.fm" using a password, which is not the authentication method you used during sign-up. Try again using the authentication method you used during sign-up.
Neither logging in with Google nor my standard account works. I tried everything I could think of, but I still need help to solve the issue. I tried creating a new account with the email address hello@mirco.fm, but that didn't work either since my mobile number is already registered with my mirco@mirco.fm account. Could help me with this issue? All the best, Mirco

No, how would I solve it? I tried everything. The support on their page is not getting back to me since almost two months. I sent at least 10 messages. I can't create a new account, because during the onboarding I have to enter a phone number and the only one I got is already linked to my old account. Resetting my password doesn't work and I can't change the authentication method without being able to log in.
