I'm getting the exact same problem since yesterday. My friend who isn't a subscriber in the same country was able to get to the payment page without any problems...

ChatGPT not working for the past 2 days

Additionally, my chat-history was missing. There is a notice located where the chat history would be shown which suggests user to log-off and log-on again. This worked perfectly for me. My chat history was restored.

Still no luck too, contacted support and they responded like a week later, nothing helped a lot, just told me too do basic stuff like, deleting cookies

Don’t purchase. There are several users (myself included ) who are getting charged multiple times and also unable to manage / delete their subscription. You also have no way to contact a real person, think hard before you subscribe
