#cannot continue my chat with chatgpt4

i was using chatgpt4 and had a useful conversation last night. i woke up this morning to continue the conversation and after 1 response it froze and now i dont have a chat bar to continue the convo for this..... how do i fix this?

About the image, it gave an actual response but when it was about done it went to a network error and then when i clicked off the conversation and back on it, the answer of it disappeared
