I believe GPT 4 may have been too strong and wiped out the support center

I have the same problem, I tried to contact support via emails, but they didnt reply. Some people say that only those who used fake numbers have this issue, but my phone number is real so IDK ....
Same here. Phone number is real. Regardless of what the reason is, they should at least send an automated ticket, some sort of response. This thing would resolve a scientific query to a free user while would not even acknowledge their own paying customers. Better business bureau complaints are also unheard. I THINK ONLY A CLASS ACTION WILL DO GUYS

It is suggested that the openai team should not open the paid function if it does not have enough service capability

I'm writing to ask if you had our same issue regarding our recent upgrade to the Plus plan on OpenAI. We upgraded our account a few days ago, but it seems like the platform is not recognizing the upgrade.
We are particularly interested in accessing GPT-4, but unfortunately, we haven't been able to do so since the upgrade. We would greatly appreciate it if someone from your team could help us troubleshoot this issue and provide us with a solution to access GPT-4. Already opened a chat in the support but seems that no one is replying.
We have already tried logging out and logging back in, clearing our browser cache, and using a different browser, but none of these solutions have worked. We believe that there may be an issue with our account that needs to be resolved on your end.
