I don't mind paying for my api usage, but its becoming almost un-usable because is very slow or even dropping the connection.
I think openai needs to start think about a downloadable solution for those of us that just want to make dedicated services and not rely on internet at all.
If I have to pay extra in exchange of having the model on my own PC.... Hey, I'm up for it.
But trying to build a service using an API that is slow and sometimes not working at all... Then is not possible for me to do business or to try to build apps for my clients using this.
@strong oak I know you guys are getting hammered by many users but please don't forget about those small-devs that wants to make it out there using your tech
