#Can't log in to my plus account

I have a different problem. My plus should be end subscription in 6thApril but it turned back to normal account today. I don’t know why.

I paid for Chat Plus and two days later, I am back to free version but I was charges and my account is set up to be paid monthly. What is going on? There is no easy way top contact you guys.

If you go to your email address you signed up with you can click on the link to go to the invoice where you can edit the subscription plan. Might help.
The initial subscription success email does not provide a way to manage subscriptions unless you log in, but the account can no longer be logged in because it has been frozen. I am very confused and have sent an email but have not received a reply. How can I cancel my subscription? Will I be charged every month but unable to use the service?
yes you need to log in... this is very strange. i have paid too but account is not locked, just on the free plan.

Same here - exactly since I bought Plus membership I can't access my account anymore (payment went through fine). Wrote two e-mails, no reply...

Jumping in just to say I am having a similar issue. I can log in to my account, but do not have access to plus, even though I am paying. I have the option to upgrade on my account and made the mistake of clicking that. Now I have two charges from open AI this month and no access to gpt plus 😠

I'm writing to ask if you had our same issue regarding our recent upgrade to the Plus plan on OpenAI. We upgraded our account a few days ago, but it seems like the platform is not recognizing the upgrade.
We are particularly interested in accessing GPT-4, but unfortunately, we haven't been able to do so since the upgrade. We would greatly appreciate it if someone from your team could help us troubleshoot this issue and provide us with a solution to access GPT-4. Already opened a chat in the support but seems that no one is replying.
We have already tried logging out and logging back in, clearing our browser cache, and using a different browser, but none of these solutions have worked. We believe that there may be an issue with our account that needs to be resolved on your end.

Hi has anyones accounts been fixed yet? I did get a message on discord saying that they are looking in to it.... but nothing resolved as of yet. would be great to know if others have had better luck.
OK for everyones FYI my account is now on the correct plan. I did not do anything... it just refreshed to the plus.
Still experiencing the same issue unfortunately. Extremely frustrating there is no support for this, I can’t even log onto the platform and manage my account to cancel my paid subscription.

Having the same issue as some of the people here - after I log in to my paid account I am served a free version of chatgpt, complete with "Upgrade to plus" sign etc.

This issue seems to be resolved for me.
Support team solved the issue for me and the reason is the email domain I used to register was identified as a "BAD" domain... So better to stick with Gmail.

The support team told me. Unfortunately you can't change your email used, so you will have to create a new account after the billing cycle ends.
Oh nice. I wasnt told anything... just suddenly switched on.
So they didn't "solve" the issue per se? Did you get your money back for the email address that didn't work? Thank you for any info 🙂
They kind of "unblocked" my email, but he said it might be blocked again in the furture.

don't know why but it turned back to plus account after few days. I also tried to send that email but no replied
Problem is I need to resign up for plus every few hours, its thoroughly annoying, seems to not be linking my payment properly to the account, if however I go through my email client to access my account it shows that I have signed up. But if I click back to open ai button on the left, it takes me back to what seems like a free account.
