By any chance are you using Avast Antivirus software?
Do you still get the error? Has it ever worked since your initial post ?
Unfortunately, we don't know the exact cause of this error.
Some have claimed that it resolves itself after an hour.
Although, you may try the following steps:
- Log out of ChatGPT from every device.
- Disable VPN or proxy connection (if you have them enabled).
- Disable browser plugins like AdBlock (if you have them installed).
- Close your browser and re-open it, then try again.
- Try to log in to ChatGPT using incognito mode.
- Try to log in to ChatGPT using different browser or device.
- Try to connect from another network (mobile internet, library, café or work).
ok the problem is solving today the problem if solved by itself I don't know what happened anyway thanks
