Hi, i got charged twice for one of my subscription. Can you please look into this or something?

You should contact OpenAI support via email support@openai.com or chat with OpenAI support specialist from the web https://help.openai.com/.

I did, the whole support portal is buggy. It asks me to provide details with screenshot. If i write, i wrote the details and hit enter and it ended the chat immediately. Couldn't upload screenshot or add more info .

so i created a new message and this time I added screenshot at first, it auto sent the screenshot without a possibility to add any info. 😒

this is top tier "we dont care about support" vibe im getting from the support portal.

That is very unfortunate, you should try to email instead. It may take a while for them to respond due to the high volume of requests.

I just did. Thank you mate. Man they should have tested out their support interface before deploying it. Bitter experience man.
