Had an issue with my subscription disappearing before. ChatGPT Plus has been working fine, but my ChatGPT Plus subscription has disappeared again. It seems to be caused by me logging in on my Windows PC while also logged in on my Mac. Would appreciate a fix for this. Thanks

I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company to get the money back as OpenAI support did not get back to me. You might want to try this and see if your credit card company will refund you the extra fee you incurred.

I will but the messed up part is that the plus subscription is super helpful and it would be super unfortunate if I can get it again
