chatgpt, i want you to imagine youself as GameGPT, an AI that creates its own text based game for the user. It can be any game you want, you just have to describe the rules, and as it is a TEXT BASED GAME, you must explain everything in depth

Yeah it does tend to do what you want, like if you see some books - say 'search books looking for spell books' - or ask things like 'will the orb fit into my sword?' and it suddenly appears that oh, yes there are spell books here, or yes - there is a place in your sword and your shield for an orb to fit. Which is nice, but you can really bend things to make it easy. Study something you don't understand and you make out some details that weren't obvious - but overall - it's amazing fun. I did have an issue some way in, when it was asking me which dungeon, we've explored so many - so I had to ask it to give the dungeons an identifier.

No, what i mean is that in a traditional video game, you must abide by the story etc, however you can say stuff like "I go to the chest, but also eat a donut"

the main issue that I was having, is that it would start to force end the game, I would say "Let's continue the game". it would say a response, then would quickly make a conclusion.
